Standard Shipping Rates: For orders under $200, standard shipping is $9.80. Rural delivery and Waiheke Island delivery are $11.80. Next day delivery is $14.80.

Local Pick-Up: Customers in Raglan can opt for local pick-up from our office/warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Please select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout.

Delivery Information: Orders are sent via NZ Post courier and can be delivered to post office boxes and rural addresses. A tracking number will be provided with each order.

Dispatch & Delivery Times: Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the same day. Expect delivery within 1–3 working days from the time your order is received.

Address Changes: Once you receive your tracking number, you can update the delivery address directly with NZ Post. Note: NZ Post now charges for address changes. While we’ll do our best to accommodate updates, we may not see your email before your order is shipped. Please double-check your address carefully.

Australia

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 AUD to Australia. Orders over $250 are sent via NZ Post International.

Standard shipping: $15 AUD (via NZ Post International, transferred to AUS Post, 4–6 business days).

DHL Express shipping: $25 AUD (air-freight, next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm NZST).

Delivery Information: We can deliver to PO boxes and most addresses within Australia.

Address Changes: Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer.
