The taste
Deep ginger warmth, a hint of black pepper, sweet cinnamon and fresh, floral cardamom, with quiet notes of clove, star anise and nutmeg. Gently sweetened with jaggery, an unrefined sugar from India.

- One tsp (4g) per 250ml cup
- Latte: Dash of boiling water + frothed or iced milk
- Tea: Half boiling water + hot/frothed milk
- Sweet Chai: Add one tsp of honey
